Job Summary

The Operations & Business Development Manager plays a vital dual role in supporting our internal care operations while also expanding our reach through referral partnerships and community engagement. This individual ensures compliance, manages staff workflows, and leads outreach efforts — all while being a fully 
licensed and compliant CNA, enabling direct client care when necessary.

Note: To meet internal policy and compliance standards, candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire) an active CNA license in Washington State.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000 (annual, fixed)

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee caregiver scheduling, documentation, and credentialing using WellSky.
  2. Ensure service delivery meets agency standards and state regulations.
  3. Perform occasional client visits or emergency care coverage as a certified caregiver.
  4. Maintain documentation and monitor KPIs for service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  1. Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring caregivers and staff.
  2. Collaborate with HR and the VP of Operations on staffing and compliance planning.
  3. Promote a supportive, multicultural, and high-performing team culture.
  1. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community 
    organizations.
  2. Represent B’zoe at events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives.
  3. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and expanding client acquisition efforts.
  4. Gather market feedback and help adjust services based on local needs.
  1. Collaborate with the finance team on timesheets, billing, and payroll reporting.
  2. Track metrics for operational efficiency and outreach performance.
  3. Ensure accurate recordkeeping in both care management and CRM platforms.
