We understand that 24/7 care needs extend far beyond basic medical support. Our comprehensive service package ensures all aspects of daily living are maintained with dignity and attention to detail.
Every successful 24/7 care arrangement begins with a thorough assessment and customized care planning process. Our team works closely with families to create a comprehensive care strategy that addresses all aspects of round-the-clock support.
B’zoe Care provides 24 hour in-home care for all:
24-hour in-home care provides continuous, professional care in a senior’s home through a team of caregivers working coordinated shifts around the clock. Unlike a live-in arrangement where a single caregiver has designated sleep time, B’zoe’s 24-hour model uses rotating shifts to ensure a fresh, alert caregiver is always on duty, at any hour of the day or night.
A live-in caregiver works extended daily hours with a designated sleep period and remains on-call overnight. 24-hour shift care uses two or more caregivers rotating in shifts so there is always an awake, active caregiver present. 24-hour care is best for seniors with high fall risk, advanced dementia, complex medical needs, or any condition requiring uninterrupted waking supervision. B’zoe can help determine the right fit during your care assessment.
Common indicators include: high fall risk or a recent serious fall; advanced dementia or Alzheimer’s causing nighttime confusion or wandering; recovery from major surgery or a hospital stay; management of complex or unstable chronic conditions; and situations where a family caregiver needs consistent overnight relief. B’zoe’s care team can conduct an assessment to determine the most appropriate level of support.
B’zoe manages a coordinated team of caregivers who rotate through shifts specifically designed around your loved one’s care schedule. We use advanced care handoff protocols to ensure the incoming caregiver is fully briefed on your loved one’s status, medication schedule, and any changes in condition. The goal is a seamless experience regardless of which team member is on duty.
B’zoe’s 24-hour care program covers the full spectrum of daily support across all shifts:
Yes. Medication management is a core component of B’zoe’s 24-hour care program. Caregivers provide medication reminders, assist with compliance at the correct scheduled times, document each administration, and flag any concerns (such as side effects or missed doses) to the client’s physician and family promptly. For clients with complex regimens, our Enhanced Care program includes support from a consulting RN.
Our care model includes regular family updates and care conferences, continuous communication with healthcare providers, and flexible family communication protocols established during care plan development. We track vital signs, weight, intake and output, sleeping habits, and other information requested by your physician or family, keeping everyone on the same page.
Clients who benefit most include those with advanced Alzheimer’s or dementia causing nighttime confusion; seniors recovering from major surgery; individuals with Parkinson’s disease, ALS, or other progressive conditions; those with unstable chronic conditions like heart failure or COPD; and high fall-risk patients who cannot safely be left unattended.

Absolutely — and this is one of the most common reasons families reach out to B’zoe. When a family member has been providing round-the-clock care on their own, the physical and emotional toll can become unsustainable. Caregiver burnout is a real and serious concern, and it ultimately affects both the caregiver’s health and the quality of care their loved one receives. B’zoe’s 24-hour care team steps in as a professional, reliable partner so that family members can return to being present as a son, daughter, or spouse — rather than an exhausted sole caregiver. We work with families to design a transition that feels comfortable for everyone, including the person receiving care.
Both 24-hour in-home care and memory care facilities are designed to support seniors with advanced dementia or Alzheimer’s, but they differ significantly in environment and approach. A memory care facility places your loved one in a shared residential setting with staff that rotates across multiple residents. 24-hour in-home care keeps your loved one in their own home — familiar surroundings that can meaningfully reduce confusion and anxiety for those with dementia — with dedicated caregivers focused entirely on them. In-home care also allows for greater flexibility in daily routines, meals, and social preferences. Costs are comparable for many situations, depending on the level of care required. B’zoe can help you evaluate which option best fits your loved one’s needs and your family’s priorities.
