Our caregivers are well-trained, professional, dependable, and kind. Most importantly, they are people you can trust!
We take the time to get to know the needs of every private in-home care client. Then, we match our client with one of our licensed professionals who is best suited to meet their care needs. Each team member has undergone extensive training reflecting core values, prioritizing hard work, compassion, dignity, and respect. Ultimately, we design our services to keep you or your loved one safe and comfortable.
B’zoe Care is proud to announce that Lizzie Sinkala, CNA, one of our outstanding caregivers, placed Top 5 nationwide in the 2025 Caregiver of the Year Award by the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA).

B’zoe Care provides senior care services for all:
B’zoe Care is a licensed, professional in-home care agency serving seniors and adults across Washington State and Texas. Founded on the belief that our family should care for yours, B’zoe provides a full spectrum of non-medical in-home care — from companionship and homemaking to live-in support, 24-hour care teams, hospice supplemental services, and hospital discharge transitions. Our mission is to enrich the lives of those we serve through compassionate, high-quality, personalized care rooted in integrity, respect, and professionalism.
B’zoe Care offers five core service lines: Private In-Home Care (companionship, homemaking, and personal care for seniors living at home); Live-In Caregiver at Home (a dedicated caregiver residing in the home for continuous daily support); 24-Hour In-Home Care (rotating shift teams providing round-the-clock coverage); Home Hospice Support (supplemental caregiver services working alongside a licensed hospice provider); and Hospital Discharge to Home (transitional care for seniors returning home after a hospital or facility stay). B’zoe also provides Staffing Solutions for healthcare facilities including hospitals, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
B’zoe’s care process begins with Getting To Know You — a conversation with our care team to understand your loved one’s background, personality, daily routines, and care needs. We then conduct a Needs Assessment and Caregiver Selection, using our advanced matching process to pair your loved one with the certified professional best suited to their specific requirements. Finally, we move into Service Delivery and Ongoing Communication, with regular family updates, care conferences, and direct coordination with healthcare providers throughout the care relationship. Every step is designed to give families confidence and peace of mind.
Every B’zoe caregiver undergoes a rigorous vetting process that includes thorough criminal background checks, verification of Washington State HCA or CNA certification, review of professional references and prior care experience, and an in-depth personal interview. Caregivers then complete B’zoe’s specialized training program covering emergency response, dementia and memory care protocols, fall prevention, medication assistance, and our core values of compassion, dignity, and respect. Only caregivers who meet our full standards are placed with clients, and all are covered under B’zoe’s liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Our matching process goes well beyond skills and availability. We start with a detailed assessment of your loved one’s care needs, daily routines, personality, communication style, language preferences, and any specialized requirements such as dementia support or post-surgical recovery. We then identify caregivers whose training, temperament, and prior experience align with those factors. The goal is a relationship built on genuine trust and connection — not just task completion. If a match isn’t working, we will find a better fit without hesitation.
Several things set B’zoe apart. Our caregivers are Washington State-certified, rigorously screened, and trained in-house to B’zoe’s own standards. We use an advanced client-caregiver matching process that accounts for personality and communication style, not just care tasks. We offer a full continuum of care — from a few hours of companionship to round-the-clock 24-hour teams — all under one agency, so your family doesn’t need to start over as needs change. In 2025, B’zoe caregiver Lizzie Sinkala, CNA, placed Top 5 nationwide in the Home Care Association of America’s Caregiver of the Year Award — a reflection of the caliber of people on our team. Most importantly, we treat every client as part of our own family.
B’zoe provides in-home care throughout Washington State, including King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties, with teams across Seattle, Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Everett, Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Puyallup, and dozens of additional communities. B’zoe also serves the Austin and San Antonio metro areas in Texas. Services are expanding to Arizona and Florida. Call 206-861-6363 or email support@bzoecare.com to confirm coverage at your specific location.
In most cases, B’zoe can mobilize care within 24 to 48 hours of your initial consultation — and often sooner for urgent situations such as a hospital discharge. Our team is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. The fastest way to get started is to call us directly at 206-861-6363 or email support@bzoecare.com. We will schedule a consultation, conduct a needs assessment, and have a matched caregiver ready as quickly as possible.
Yes. B’zoe Care is a fully licensed home care agency operating in compliance with Washington State Department of Health requirements. All caregivers hold current Washington State HCA or CNA certification as applicable, pass comprehensive background checks, and are covered under B’zoe’s liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Families who hire through B’zoe are protected from the legal, tax, and financial obligations that come with employing a caregiver independently.
Absolutely. Care needs evolve, and B’zoe’s care plans are designed to grow with your loved one. We conduct regular care conferences with families and healthcare providers to reassess needs, update the care plan, and adjust caregiver schedules or team composition as required. Whether your loved one’s condition improves and they need less support, or their needs intensify and round-the-clock care becomes necessary, B’zoe scales the plan accordingly. You will never need to start over — our team stays with you through every transition.

We believe that every person and family is different, so the first step in our relationship is getting to know you. It’s common for a family member of the person we will be caring for to reach out first, and we’re happy to meet with and talk to you to learn more about your loved one. We also welcome having a one-on-one meeting with both our client and his or her family so we can answer questions, share information, and determine whether we’re a good fit for one another. That meeting can occur in the client’s home or at a coffee shop or similar location—wherever you and they will feel most comfortable.
Once we understand more about your needs and we each determine if we’ll be able to work well together, we do two things. First, we complete a thorough assessment of needs to create a custom care plan specific to our client. Second, we begin the process of selecting a caregiver we feel will be best suited to deliver in-home care based on that assessment. As some of our clients remain fairly active, we want to ensure that the caregiver paired with them is able to easily accompany them on walks or hikes. Others prefer to remain close to home and instead need additional light housekeeping or meal preparation or need more intensive personal help. Again, we opt for a caregiver who can best meet those needs.
As we begin to work together, we do frequent check-ins with caregivers to ensure that everything is going well. We also meet with our clients to ask questions about their level of satisfaction and how we can improve our service delivery. If changes are needed, we make them as quickly as possible. We also communicate immediately with designated family members about any concerns we have or items that need clarification so that you know how things are progressing. We want to put your mind at ease that your parent or loved one is in capable, compassionate hands and that you have made the best choice for home caregiving services.
