No, we work with various adults who require caregiving assistance to improve their daily activities and comfort. This includes folks needing care due to medical diagnosis, developmentally delayed, disabled, or otherwise needing support with grooming and other essential tasks.
We deliver versatile care that is customizable to your needs and can be non-medical in nature. These care plans include services such as companionship, homemaking, and support with activities of daily living. We also provide care plans for those needing enhanced care— ranging from treatments and chronic illness to specialization in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Because we offer a wide variety of services, we take the time to flush out a specialized care plan for every client to ensure we deliver tailored care at every level.
Our caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants (CANs) and, therefore, can operate just as they would in a hospital or alternative facility. All of our caregivers are trained and experienced in providing our clients with their medicine as prescribed. However, we cannot force them to take it. In these cases where they need to take specific prescriptions but refuse to do so, we immediately contact family members directly to inform them of the situation and allow them to engage with their loved ones encouragingly.
Yes, we work with clients living with Dementia and aid in related challenges. Clients with enhanced care needs require specialized care as they navigate memory loss, cognitive decline, and mood swings that this condition activates.
B’zoe provides care in various settings, such as private homes, facilities, and adult family homes. Opting for one-on-one care in any of these settings comes with the advantage of receiving personalized attention from a caregiver who caters to the client’s specific care requirements. Ultimately, we work closely with these facilities and adhere to their staffing requirements and caregiver placement policies.
We have a strong relationship with countless faculties across Washington and Texas. We partner with these facilities and hospitals to offer staffing solutions whenever and wherever needed. We operate with the utmost loyalty and accountability when fostering these partnerships and pride ourselves on the superb level of care we consistently deliver.
Following a rehabilitation program or a hospital stay, receiving support at home can be crucial in aiding an individual’s recovery and helping them get back to their routine. At B’zoe, our team of qualified caregivers are fully trained to assist with transitioning from a hospital or skilled rehabilitation center to the individual’s home, providing support at every step.
We require all B’zoe caregivers to be Certified Nursing Assistants. We prefer caregivers who hold additional certifications and previous experience in this field. All caregivers must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.
We expect all caregivers to internalize our core values. B’zoe caregivers carry the heart of a servant, demonstrate compassion, and command a “go-getter” mentality. Above all else, they maintain an integral commitment to doing what is right. If this sounds like you, please navigate to the careers page to learn more about how to apply.
